Warranty on new products
All new products sold by Ayoye Destock come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers functional defects under normal product use.
Warranty on second-life products
Second-life products (used, demonstration, or refurbished products) come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Products covered by this warranty will be clearly identified on the product page.
Warranty Conditions
The warranty covers:
✔ functional defects
✔ problems related to a product defect during normal use
The warranty does not cover:
✖ damage caused by misuse
✖ accidental damage
✖ normal wear and tear of the product
Warranty Application
If a product has a problem covered by the warranty, Ayoye Destock may, depending on the situation:
✔ repair the product
✔ replace the product
✔ offer a refund or credit
The solution will be determined based on the nature of the problem and product availability.
Proof of Purchase
A proof of purchase or invoice is required for any warranty claim.
Legal Warranty
In addition to our commercial warranty, products sold by Ayoye Destock are also covered by the legal warranty provided by Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.
