5. Incorrect Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:

Without proper documentation within this timeframe, we cannot guarantee a claim with the carrier.
8. International Customs and Duties
For international orders:
Customs duties, import taxes, and other governmental fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
9. Transfer of Risk
Responsibility and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier.
