Return Period – 30 Days
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
You therefore have 30 days after delivery to submit a return request.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
✔ The item must be in the same condition as received
✔ The item must not have been used, worn, or opened
✔ The item must be in its original packaging
✔ All tags, seals, and accessories must be included
✔ Proof of purchase is required
Any item returned incomplete, used, damaged by the customer, or sent without prior authorization may be refused.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos as proof.
We will evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
Clearance / Overstock Products
Some products may come from surplus inventory, liquidation, or overstock.
These products are sold as-is, subject to the legal warranty applicable under Quebec law.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
